ZynPay is a decentralized payment SDK and smart contract router that enables merchants to accept USDC (USD Coin) payments through web3 wallets such as MetaMask. The Service operates on blockchain networks including Base Sepolia (testnet) and Arc Testnet, with mainnet support planned.
ZynPay provides software development kits (SDKs) for TypeScript/JavaScript and Python, along with smart contract infrastructure for processing cryptocurrency payments.

IMPORTANT: Using ZynPay involves significant risks related to blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies. You acknowledge and agree that:
ZynPay operates on both testnet and mainnet networks. Testnet networks (Base Sepolia and Arc Testnet) are for testing purposes only. Testnet tokens have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
Mainnet networks (Base Mainnet and others) involve real cryptocurrency with real value. All transactions on mainnet are irreversible and involve actual financial risk.
You are solely responsible for:
ZynPay is not responsible for any losses resulting from using the wrong network, sending testnet tokens to mainnet addresses, or any other network-related errors.
The Service, including all SDKs, documentation, software, code, designs, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Zyntria Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the SDKs and documentation solely for the purpose of integrating ZynPay into your applications.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without express written permission from Zyntria Labs.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Zyntria Labs does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The Service may be subject to delays, failures, or other issues inherent in blockchain technology.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZYNTRIALABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

ZynPay does not calculate, collect, or remit taxes on your behalf and does not provide tax advice. All payment amounts shown in the Service, including in dashboards, reports, and transaction logs, represent gross amounts before any applicable taxes.
